To unite the Vishwakarma community from village to state level, this organization has been established with a dedicated, formal, and service-oriented structure.
Purpose:
In human civilization, especially during the early stages of political evolution, the Vishwakarmas played a key role in developing various tools and structures for the survival of humanity—be it in constructing houses, forging weapons, or crafting equipment necessary for protection and warfare. Their skill became crucial to every kingdom. During ancient times, when humans began settling on land and developing societies, Vishwakarmas were the first to lay the foundation with their expertise. Temples, monuments, and structures still stand today as testaments to their craftsmanship.
In today’s modern society, Vishwakarmas continue to serve as the backbone of architectural, sculptural, and engineering fields. However, despite their significant contributions, they have remained economically and socially backward. As a result, the Vishwakarma community needs to be organized and united for their welfare and empowerment.

Introducing APSCA Carpenter Union – a dedicated organization uniting carpenters across Andhra Pradesh to promote skill development, ensure job security, protect rights, and create a strong, supportive professional network.

To build a strong, united carpenter community in Andhra Pradesh with better opportunities, recognition, and sustainable livelihood for all.
Mission
To empower carpenters through training, fair employment, welfare support, and by representing their interests at regional and state levels.
Our Approach
We focus on strengthening the carpenter community through skill development, welfare support, professional recognition, collective representation, cultural unity, awareness programs, safety training, and social responsibility across Andhra Pradesh.
Describe The Carpenters Association
To achieve this, the Vishwakarma Parishath Prarthanasabha (State-level organization) is being formed. The Parishath also plans to raise awareness among youth and encourage them to learn and promote traditional Vishwakarma skills along with modern technology to sustain cultural heritage. A special focus will be given to the education and employment of community youth. With discipline and dedication, the Parishath aims to uplift the Vishwakarma community and contribute significantly to the development of society and the nation.

At APSC Carpenter, we stand by our members not just in their work, but in every stage of life — especially during difficult times. Through our Welfare Fund, registered members and their families receive financial assistance in the unfortunate event of an accident, disability, or death.
🔹 Accident Assistance
If a member suffers a serious work-related accident, financial aid will be provided to support medical treatment and recovery, ensuring the member and their family do not face the burden alone.
🔹 Death Compensation
In the event of a member’s passing, the Welfare Fund offers monetary support to the family of the deceased, helping them cope with the loss and manage urgent needs with dignity.
